Your tickets are emailed to the address you paid with the moment checkout completes — each one carries its own QR code, so your phone is your ticket and there's nothing to print. You can also re-open them anytime by entering that email in “Find My Tickets,” and you don't need a password or an account to do it. If they're not in your inbox within a few minutes, check spam and promotions, and confirm you're looking at the email you checked out with.

Can I get a refund for my ticket?

It depends on the organizer's policy — a sliding-scale retreat and a sold-out concert handle this differently, so each organizer sets their own terms. Use “Request a Refund,” pick your event, and you'll either be refunded instantly (when the organizer enabled self-serve refunds and you're within the window, with the exact amount shown first) or your request goes straight to the organizer to decide. Canceled events are always refunded automatically.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Usually, yes. Open the ticket and tap “Transfer,” then enter your friend's email — they receive their own fresh ticket with a new QR code and your original is deactivated, so there's never a double-scan at the door. If you don't see a Transfer option, the organizer has turned it off for that event; message them and they can help.

How do I add my ticket to Apple or Google Wallet?

Open your confirmation email or ticket page and tap “Add to Apple Wallet” or “Save to Google Wallet.” The pass stores your QR code on the phone itself and shows the event, date, and your seat at a glance — so you can walk in with one swipe even if the venue has no signal. Add each person's pass to their own phone if you bought several.

What payment methods can I use?

All major cards — Visa, Mastercard, and American Express — plus Apple Pay and Google Pay for one-tap checkout. Payments run through Stripe, a PCI-compliant processor, so your full card number never touches our servers. On your statement the charge shows the event or organizer name, sometimes alongside BrightStar.

Do I need an account to buy or access tickets?

No — you can buy, receive, and use tickets with just your email. Creating a free account simply keeps every ticket in one place, lets you message organizers and see their replies, transfer tickets in a tap, and re-download passes anytime. It's optional, and you can make one later with the same email you purchased under.

My event was canceled or rescheduled — what now?

A cancellation means an automatic full refund to your original payment method (it can take 5–10 business days to land, depending on your bank) — you don't need to ask. A reschedule keeps your existing ticket valid for the new date; if that date doesn't work for you, message the organizer about a refund or transferring your spot to a friend.
